Sent my dog there because I had a ""daily deal"" type voucher, and I'm so sorry I did. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From the start, the owner seemed to know nothing about my dog's reservation, length of stay, etc, always seemed very frazzled and confused, unable to clearly answer questions, etc. Prior to arriving to pick my dog up, he had to call multiple times for directions, got lost twice, finally arrived to get the dog, then called back within 10 minutes saying he was on his way to pick up my dog when he had my dog in the car already! Ok, maybe an honest mistake, but then a week later I came back to town to find that he did not return my dog even though as HE had requested, I left him a voice message with the address and phone number of the house where my dog was to be dropped off. I had to call HIM to ask where MY dog was (not even a message from the kennel owner on my voicemail). No attempt was made to bring my dog that evening. When he finally returned my dog the next day, he did not return the bag of things we had sent with her, did not even know what things she had. Every interaction and experience with this business and this business owner was disappointing and unprofessional. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG TO THIS KENNEL!
