I purchased a new car from them. It had engine problems/oil compression problems from 14,000 miles when I had to have it towed. They kept bandaiding the problem over and over again until the car was out of warranty and then they wanted me to pay to have it bandaided again. The last time I brought the car in bucking, misfiring, etc. AGAIN, they wanted me to pay for spark plugs to be replaced. (100,000 mile plugs failing to operate with oil deposits on them????) I finally got disgusted and called corporate and brought the car to Hamilton Honda. Corporate paid for my engine replacement because of the documented history of the car. Hamilton Honda is the best. STAY AWAY FROM CAUSEWAY, ESPECIALLY SERVICE DEPT. Everyone I dealt with at Causeway......deceitful, uncooperative, do not stand by their product and just hand you a lot of BS because they have no intentions of helping you. DISASTER......DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
