Cathay Bank caters predominantly to asians. That can be a good or bad thing. It is a good thing for immigrants from asian countries that want superb communication with their bank, and it can be a bad thing for people that are not asian or american-born asians. In the case of the latter, you can be given the cold shoulder or brush off by some of the tellers here. I suppose it depends on the teller, but this bank could use some overall improvement in its customer service skills.
