They listed a lunch special that wasn't available. They called to let me know this, but didn't have anything similarly priced on the menu, couldn't come up with any alternatives and wouldn't discount anything else on the menu to make up the $1.50 difference. They also couldn't seem to figure out how to cancel the order and wanted me to call GrubHub to figure it out.
Not that big a deal, but it was their mistake and they put absolutely zero effort into fixing it. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the order and get lunch somewhere else. Pretty pathetic.
