We went last weekend to Casa Paco and we dined on tapas. The Chistorra was superb and the selection of cheeses great.\r My girl friend got the fried calamari and she said it was to die for.\r And the tres leches!!!!!!!!\r We can't wait to go back more

The cardo gallego is fantastic. The sangria is worth having, but not fantastic or strong. They are stingy with the ice, bread and butter. The bathroom was clean, HOWEVER, there are no paper towels and the door pulls open with a handle, so you have to touch the germ filled faucet to turn it off, then the door knob. Not sanitary at all. So don't expect your servers hands to be clean. Gross. The management should either get paper towels in there or make the faucet and door No Touch. more

What can I say ... Poor service and poor quality food. The calamari was rubbery and stale and the shrimp tasted of chlorine. Definitely not authentic Spanish food. more

I wrote a previous review of this place, based on my first visit. Well, I just got back from Casa Paco and all I can say is WHAT A LETDOWN! First of all, I can't say for sure, but going by this second visit, my guess is it's under new management. Last time I went, as I mentioned in my first review, the food was amazing! This time, however, it was HORRIBLE! The food was waaay overpriced, the service was terrible, my steak came so raw, they had to re-fire it, and even then, it was so tasteless, I had to dowse in salt and steak sauce, neither of which were needed the first time I went there. The soda was overpriced, over-watered down, and refills were not an option. The bread was stale, the place was filthy, the uniforms of the staff were stained, as were all the chairs. \r \r You know, for years, I've been harboring this memory of the incredible food my husband and I ate the first time we went to Casa Paco, and now that we finally went back, all we're left with a $150 disappointment. more

I'm Cuban, so I'm particularly critical of Latin food, and I have to say, Casa Paco is the best Spanish restaurant in Miami. To begin with, let's not confuse Spanish with Cuban, in terms of cuisine. Sure, you'll find similarities here, but where this place truly stands out is the meat.\r \r When I visited Casa Paco a few years ago, I was directed to their corn-fed black angus streak, and when I took my first bite, I felt the angels singing over my shoulder. \r \r Years later, I still tell people about this place and their amazing food and great service. The atmosphere was intimate, inviting and beyond memorable. I would recommend this place to anyone who truly wants to have one experience from their visit to Miami linger in their vault of cherished memories.\r \r A fluffy review? I think not. One taste of that steak, and you'll remember this review. more

Went here for father's day this year. the food was okay. Their signature suckling pig roast wasn't bad, but I didn't really notice much of a difference from regular roast pork (other than the size). Not a bad Cuban Restaurant, but there are better out there. more
