THE MOST UNPLEASANT AND ANTIKIDS MANAGER 8/28/2012

The stylists are professionals. I like specially Martha and Linda.They are very nice and sweet with the kids, very respectful and they follow your directions with your demands. BUT, If you have to see the unhappy and unpleasant face of the store manager Wendy, It's better if you pass.SHE IS A COMPLETELY DOWNFALL for the store, she isn't kids friendly at all, she is just texting the whole time and following the children with her eyes just to make sure that they behave as adults, so rude and unpleasant for the view.Such a poor experience. I really don't understand what is she doing in a kids place.She would do much better in a fish OR BULLDOG store. more

If you are concerned about hygiene and want to make sure your child looks great, like for a special occaision, go somewhere else! If you are in a pinch, go and stand over your child to guide some of the stylist. I learned to ask for a scissor only cut, no buzz please! I try to make appointments at regular full service salons for my boys 1 and 3 when possible. It is a difficult profession and I appreciate the really good stylist and show them with a large tip. more

Great place for first hair cut 4/5/2006

Cartoon Cuts at Fair Oaks Mall is a great place for a child's first haircut. They play videos for the kids while they get their hair cut. They do get very busy, especially on the weekends. I have not always liked how they cut my children's hair, but if you can find someone you like then stick with them. They give a little certificate for the child's first hair cut. more

Good place for quick kid's haircut 12/3/2005

Cartoon Cuts specializes in children's hair cuts. Most of the stylists do a decent job, although we have had one that was terrible with children. They allow the children to watch television while getting their hair cut, which keeps the kiddos distracted for the most part. They are family friendly, but it is usually very busy, especially on the weekends, and their waiting area is very small. My son's favorite part is the sucker he receives at the end. :-) more

Cartoon Cuts 8/5/2005

They specialize in children haircuts. The children can watch TV while getting their hair cut. They will also give you a lollipop or some toys to keep the children distracted. The store is usually very busy especially on the weekends. I still do not think that they do a spectacular job. But it is ok. They have a points program and when you get so many points you can get a free bottle of shampoo or a free haircut. but the points do expire every year on the 31st of March and they reset everyone back to 0. more
