I enjoyed my experience with Carter Brothers except for Chuck. He has no customer service skills and is the reason I would never recommend your services (in addition to the fact that you didn't repair my appliance). 2 days after you originally came out, my appliance went out again. Chuck had some plans Friday afternoon so he didn't want to come out to repair it until Monday, leaving our family with no way to cool our food and resulting in the loss of most of it. My tip, get rid of Chuck.
