Oh my gosh!! I can not say enough good about my cake. I got married this June and had the most amazing cake, the kind of cake only a princess deserves!! I brought in a picture of a cake I'd seen, and was sure that it would be too hard. I met with the designer who assured me they could make me happy. We were offered deliciously yummy samples at our appointment. It was so amazing, and with all the stress and tension that comes from planning a wedding these girls kept me from worrying about my cake. I would not dream of going anywhere else. The cake looked AMAZING!! and not only that- it was the best cake I have ever tasted!!! Do yourself a favor- if you want a beautiful piece of art as your cake, that tastes even better than it looks, and want to deal with sweet amazing people- Chose Carrie's Cakes! more

My experience was terrible. I'd look elsewhere. more

After fighting a battle to even get an appointment we showed up to find that the consultant was double booked. The consultation was done at the home of the owner, which happens to be the same place they cook the cakes. The first thing you notice when you walk into the home is the overwhelming smell of cat pee. Yes you read me right, cat pee. We were then left alone in the living room for 20+ minutes while the consultant dealt with the other couple in the kitchen. While the end results of Carrie's cakes are beautiful, I simply can not get past the idea that they are being baked in a home that has obvious cleanliness concerns. Carrie of Carrie's cakes was amazing to work with and did a fabulous job on my fairly difficult 5-tier wedding cake. I still have guests who comment on how delicious it was. They showed up plenty early before the reception to deliver the cake & when the topper was accidentally left behind, they got it there with time to spare. I was thrilled with how my cake turned out. Carrie's Cakes did a wonderful job on my wedding cake. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. Lovely cream cheese cake, with buttercream and smooth, pretty fondant over it. I am definitely not a cake eating kind of girl, but I have to say, I tried to, I wanted to eat my whole piece of wedding cake before I was dragged away to do bride responsibilities. :) more
