Today my car broke down and I had my six month old grandchild with me. I called my insurance company and they called Carriage Towing. They told me that it takes around thirty minutes to get to me. I informed the lady on the phone that I have a baby with me and she said that she dispatches somebody ASAP. It was really cold out there today. Not even ten minutes later the tow truck arived. The driver Robert was really concerened about my grand daughter and told me to get her into his truck first and then we take care of the paperwork. I was really pleased with the service and would call them anytime again if I ever have another problem with my car. more

retired-law enforcement ,business owner, a community activist i have yet to see a company so decicated to its customers. timing and professionalism are excellent. Pros: the best i ever found in years Cons: none seeing in years more

Screw-You-Over Towing Service 4/25/2008

This service was called to tow our burned up car from the side of the road and indicated that they were representing AAA. They refused to take any information and now have sent a bill not 3 days later saying we owe $2400 in towing and storage fees that AAA refused to pay. We called AAA and they know nothing about this and were never called for a claim. This company is sleezy, and will sell our car and charge us for it in a month. NEVER call them. Pros: Nothing. Cons: Lied to us about calling AAA for payment and are charging $2400. more
