I located my "dream car" on the internet at Beaverton Nissan. I emailed for more information and received a call back from Melanie, their internet sales manager, within five minutes. I also received an email response from one of their sales people at another one of their dealerships within a half hour. Unusual, since I'd emailed several dealers over the past three weeks for more information on a car and never received a response...ever. It made me wonder why have an emailing for more information feature if they never check or respond. This renewed my faith in at least one dealership's emailing tool. Since I live in Olympia, I set up an appointment to see the car the next day. When I got there, the car was available and, though used, certified and in perfect condition. The negotiating process was fair and the staff was flexible and friendly. Also, the car I purchased was sale priced at around $5000 under blue book, which made the whole deal even more appealing. In three weeks of constant searching for this car at a price I was comfortable with and the features I needed, this was the best car I found at the best price. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership.
