The experience was wonderful I was searching from dealer to dealer and was having a tough time finding the right car finally I called beaverton Nissan, they had the car I wanted so I went to look at it and left. I didn't have any time but I told them to call me with their best price and Joe Clark called me an hour later with the price and I was amazed they could do it, so I asked to have the car ready for me and they did. Great job guys! I would recommend you guys to everyone. more

I am in sales myself and these guys went above and beyond in helping me purchase my Nissan Xterra.All my questions were answered, price was great, and staff was helpful.What made me decide to buy from Beaverton Nissan was the knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond what other dealerships did not do. I am now a loyal Nissan customer and will have my service done to my rig here. Great helpful service 3/25/2011

My husband had been researching big SUVs (b/c he's 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wanted for our Honda Accord trade-in, and they nearly met it. We were ok with that b/c we knew we got the Armada at a great price. The entire process was easy and non-stressfull. We test drove, they looked at our trade in, and we were finished with the entire process in just under 2 hours. Also, since we were trading in and adding cash, we didn't want our credit pulled (even though we both have very good credit.) They worked around that and didn't have to pull our credit. Ben was very friendly, no pressure and upbeat. We had a great experience. Also, with our purchase, the are lowering the seat by 2" for my husband, so when they perform service, we'll see if I can give that a 5 rating as well. more

Once I made it clear that i was a straightforward customer and treated them with respect (i.e. nothing was personal) they treated me the same.  I got the price I wanted (which based on my online research was a really good price).  What gets them the five stars in my book is that there was a miscommunication on the option I wanted and thought I was paying for and what the car actually had.  Between the Sales guy and Sales Manager they went above and beyond to make it right to ensure that I was a 100% happy customer even if it costs them more money.  Keep in mind this was a few days after the sale closed...so they could have easily just said tough luck.  But they spent an hour working on a car that was already sold to see what they could do to make things right which they did. more

I just had my car serviced at Beaverton Nissan along with some other repairs that were covered under warranty. They were very helpful, and professional and had the work completed when they said they would. I will definitely take my car back there for service! more

Treated me well 2/15/2011

This is for Sales only as I have yet to deal with the Service department. I have to say my experience with this dealership is vastly different than other situations I've been in with cars. I've bought several new cars and used cars in my life. Just like anything you definitely have to do your research and be prepared. Comfortable 1/28/2011

I located my "dream car" on the internet at Beaverton Nissan. I emailed for more information and received a call back from Melanie, their internet sales manager, within five minutes. I also received an email response from one of their sales people at another one of their dealerships within a half hour. Unusual, since I'd emailed several dealers over the past three weeks for more information on a car and never received a response...ever. It made me wonder why have an emailing for more information feature if they never check or respond. This renewed my faith in at least one dealership's emailing tool. Since I live in Olympia, I set up an appointment to see the car the next day. When I got there, the car was available and, though used, certified and in perfect condition. The negotiating process was fair and the staff was flexible and friendly. Also, the car I purchased was sale priced at around $5000 under blue book, which made the whole deal even more appealing. In three weeks of constant searching for this car at a price I was comfortable with and the features I needed, this was the best car I found at the best price. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership. more
