I can't say anything about the company other than they must have so much business they don't need to speak to the customer (myself) who walked in and waited for someone to help. The two employees carried on a conversation completely ignoring me. My house was flooded on October 31, 2013 during the torrential rains and I intended to buy new carpeting for the 1st floor of my house. I might as well have been invisible. more

I am an employee for carpets by conrad. Before working for CBC I worked at 3 other flooring stores. Believe me I will never work any else. This company is all about customer service. Something I had never experienced before. As for sherry give her a break. I personally have never seen anyone care for their customers like she does. We at CBC are in awe of her most of the time. C'mon she does not work every single dept.. If you were to think about it anything that really pertained to her part of the job was taken care of. So, when taking time to try to bash a company lets be fair and not use her name. Give the right dept. a call I assure you your complaint will be taken care of. AFTER ALL IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU. I have truly never seen anyone with better knowledge in this field. I have remodeled many homes. Hopefully this will be the last. This company and Sherry worked very hard for me to make sure I recieved the best quality for the money. I have referred many people to this company and noone has ever been dissapointed. After remodeling several houses, this is the worst company I have ever worked with. The sales people are great at first but the product was not what it was described to be and the job was not done well. There are unsightly spaces between where they installed the carpet and tile and everything looks sloppily done. The product has not worn well and the sale person would not only not come out to see what had been installed, she even failed to return the calls. DO NOT USE this company. At least with a big box company, someone has to speak with you and you have someone to go to when the work is poor. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! We used this business about 8 years ago to replace all the flooring in our home - vinyl and carpet. We upgraded to top-of-the-line on all products and have been extremely pleased with all the flooring and with the installation. We found the saleperson, Sherry, to be most helpful and the installers to be extremely professional. However, Sherry did forget to figure in a small section of one room. But this was quickly discovered by the installers and the installation was completed within a few days. All things considered, I plan to use them again in the future. more

Carpets by Conrad has provided me with overall service that was outstanding! The installers were great. The sales team was very friendly, and i was very delighted. The saleslady that helped me went to great extremes to help me decide on my material. She brought samples over to my house so that we could compare and get a visual idea of what it would look like in my home. She treated me like a friend, and even called to ask how i was doing when i began to feel sick during this whole experience. If you have any desire to change your floor, -Carpets by Conrad is the place to go! Thank you Sherry, and i now feel like im part of the Carpets by Conrad team!
