In almost 40 years of having my hair cut and highlighted, this place ranks at the absolute bottom. I have lost a major amount of hair from their unsupervised new graduates 'practicing' and from an absolutely terrible cut. Check the state licensing site to see actual experience of her 'stylists' versus what both her website and her verbal reassurances say.\r

The first time I went there things went well, I was told my colors were saved in the computer, so I went back.\r
\r
The second time was a disaster, which they offered to fix and said that things had been misentered in the computer. They promised redoing the hair the next day would not damage it. Wrong. I had more damage from this than from any treatment ever. (This stylist has since moved on.)\r

I went back a third time, believing their promise that everything had been corrected in the computer--and that the new stylist, Krystal Bowers, was 'highly experienced.' Wrong again. (I realized too late she had been the manicurist a few months back.) I had checked to make sure she was familiar with my formula, told her clearly I wanted no more than an inch-or 1 1/2 maximum--taken off in a trim, and that I did NOT want layers. I also asked if she would do just the roots on the blonde highlights. She changed the color to a brassy red, leaving the highlights with three colors on the same strands of hair, cut off 6-8 inches in an extremely uneven cut, and layered the hair. The lower half of my hair has turned a greenish gray color, clashing in a very unflattering way with the rest of it.\r

In compliance with the rules here, I won't describe the salon's behavior when I asked for Carol to at least look at my hair.\r

On the plus side, after they cut off/damage your hair, they do offer hair extensions.....\r
\r
(I don't go to beauty schools as my hair is important to me and I'm too old to wait for my hair to grow out--this mess will take about two years, but I doubt they can do worse than this place.)\r

Pros: After they damage/cut off excessive amounts of hair they do offer hair extensions....
Cons: Ask for a one inch trim, they'll cut off eight inches, recent graduates unsupervised, color will need to be corrected
