I dont understand all the complaining 3/10/2012

I go here monthly and love it. They are so friendly and go out of their way to take care of you. Price is fare for entertainment, it is all expensive but most people dont understand it cost the the place probabaly $70,000 a month in expenses just to be open, yep we have to pay for that. very confortable, excellent screens and sound system which is what I want when I see a movie.. more

Just OK 6/10/2010

Go to Malco Roxy in Smyrna instead, its much nicer and staff is much friendlier. Or for a great family movie experience, go to the Woodbury drive-in. Pros: Lots of screens Cons: Unfriendly staff, dirty more

JUST BEARABLE FOR PRICE 11/23/2009

Usually clean. service is OK but sometimes bad. Popcorn sucks dont order large for last movie as the concession closes immediately at start of movie. With management this could be the best place to go, great location and modern building. more

Not well managed 8/1/2009

This place needs a good manager to whip it into shape. Improvements are needed in customer service; maintaining a clean environment and overall attitudes of the employees. I've been going to this theatre for about 4- 5 years and poor customer service is the norm. Last time I bought tickets for my family, I felt as if I was interupting a conversation between the ticket sales employees and the young woman who I encountered at the ticket booth displayed very poor customer service. A lot of room for improvement in this theatre; I bet the theatre could increase business by 10-20% under better management within 1 year. Pros: a lot of movie choices and show times Cons: dirty theatres; inconsistent customer service more

confusing place with the worst popcorn in the world 6/12/2009

THE BAD: do NOT go to this theater if you enjoy a good bag of popcorn during the show. the stuff they sell reminds me of styrofoam peanuts caked with sodium-filled fake cheese powder. it's expensive and disgusting. the first few pieces seem okay until you realize how awful it really is. i buy my tickets on fandango, but they don't have separate lines for people who have already purchased their tickets, so i have to stand in line behind people who can't make a decision on what they want to see. i often get lost in the many hallways intersecting each other. i lose my bearings quickly while hunting for the movie. after the movie is over, it's anyone's guess as to where the nearest exit will take you out. that uncertainly can be rather exciting sometimes, but not when it's cold and/or rainy outside. THE GOOD: the place is pretty big and fairly nice looking. it's got lots of show times and lots of screens. the seating is divided into two levels - the floor level seats that are below the screen for those that like to have cricks in their necks, and the sharply inclined rear seating for those that can't stand trying to look over the top of someone's head. the front of the rear seating is where it's at - perfect distance and the screen is at eye level. this is where the upside ends. do yourself a favor and go to the montana drive-in in tullahoma. cheaper, much more fun, and with much better concessions. Pros: lots of screens; lots of show times; elevated seating Cons: lines, teens, the worst popcorn in the history of theatre more

overpriced movies and concessions 1/26/2009

i have lived in murfreesboro my entire life and i have always ben able to go to the movies but its really hard to spend 13 dollars on a ticket 15 dollars on a sprite and 20 dollars on a bag of popcorn. its crazy that they charge that much for consessions and tickets. i would definetly recimend the premiere 6 theater on broad street, sure its old but think about it same movies and better concessions fo under 3.50 Pros: fancy, clean, and friendly service Cons: overpriced, crouded, crouded parking, to loud, and expincive tickets and concessions more

growing pains in the Boro 6/10/2008

having been here for 12 years and seen the HUGE growth firsthand, I agree that we are in need of another theatre in the Boro. Everything here is experiencing problems keeping up so yes there is a huge crowd on the weekends. Come early! It's cleaner during the middle of the week and easier to get into. more

Not big enough, not enough parking, dirty, tickets almost always sold out, poor food offering 2/25/2008

I moved to Murfreesboro from Oklahoma about a year ago. I lived in a town the same size as Murfreesboro. We had three large theaters within a 10 mile radius. They were clean, had great concessions, even restaurants. I always thought that Oklahoma was behind the times and lacked what other states have. Cons: always sold out, no parking, dirty more

what i think 8/23/2003
