I recently purchased a '00 Subaru Impreza OB from Randy and Ibraheem at Carland. The car is performing as well as it looked - nearly immaculate. Their customer service and manner was excellent. They were flexible with challenges posed by my credit union. They did what it took to close the deal politely, professionally and honestly. I would recommend Carland for buying a used car. more

I worked for Ibraheem since 2007. I left on good terms but when I refused to come back Ibraheem stole my little sisters vehicle. She attempted to pay what little she owed Ibraheem stated "I'm not interested in you paying of the mercedes, I'll make more money selling it". He then picked up my Jaguar, more than 75% is paid for and will not give it or my property back. This is the second time that he has done this to me. last year he left me carless and refused to give me my personal effects out of my vehicle. Over the years I have personally witnessed him lie and cheat people out of their vehicles and/or money. He charges 85.00 per day for storage but tells customers that they wont have to pay it. If he gets mad at you he will come out with a two thousand dollar bill and insist he informed you of the storage fee. He often defrauds insurance companies. When OEM parts are required he never uses them. He will pick up the lowest priced used parts and tell people that he bought brand new parts. He treats his employees horribly. Making them work overtime, holidays and from home but refuses to pay them. In the end he will leave these families penniless, car less and at times even homeless. His sister company Allroad towing is no better. he uses this company to gain customers. At times he will lie to customers to get their wrecked vehicles into his shop by stating that the insurances preferred shop is not open. Any tactic he can think of to get the vehicles to carland. Then he charges outrages amounts and claims to do work that he did not do. He almost always turns a normally 200.00 tow into a 900.00 tow for accident calls. This is just some of the things I have seen. There is much much more. I am Nicole and yes I am angry with Ibraheem Judeh for stealing from my sister and myself. However, everything I have stated is completely factual and stated to not only inform the general public but also to make me feel a little better. I tried to make Carland a good place but some people are just crooks more

If you like CRACK COCAINE, this is the car lot for you! I saw an old fleet dodge ram van that was priced at $300. Going by the body shape, a broken window, and it looking not that great it seemed like a good deal, not anything too cheap since they probably didn't want an ugly work van on their lot. It was also on the street so you could see it well which is why I stopped by; I need an ugly work van. Upon stopping in and the man with prison tatt's showing me the van, he told me "It smells like crack in here, look yeah, here's some crack rocks." he pointed to some white rocks on the seat. I told him that "is it legal to sell a car with crack in it? Is that why it's cheap?" And he then pulls a price sticker out of the seat cushion that he conveniently knew where it was sitting and slapped it on the window making the price go from $299 to $2999. I said "No way dude, this is ridiculous. Im not paying $3000 for a beat up van with crack in it" I start to leave and the manager stops me. The salesman calls me "crazy in the head" and wont shut up while yelling at me. The owner/manager of the lot makes him leave and checks out the van and informs me that apparently you CAN sell a car that contains CRACK COCAINE. Yup. This place is Pro-Drug trafficking. So I explain the price thing and he then explains that stickers are a new technology that I don't understand and it was priced correctly, even though it said the wrong price on it. Then he said "Do you expect me to walk around the lot every morning to make sure my cars are priced right and don't have crack in them?" (or something to that nature). Yes. That's exactly what I expect. Vans with the right pricing and without drugs that would send me to jail. Then he said he's going to fire the salesman which I told him was not the problem, so he's also going to blame the salesman for his inability to operate a business. My starter went out in July 2011 on my BMW 745i I was stuck on the side of the road, it was about 9:30 pm the tow company referred Car-land to me. He even called the owner and I spoke with him, I wasn't sure where I wanted to send my car.. after talking to the owner he said he will help me out and it shouldn't cost more than 600 dollars, I was comfortable paying this amount. The next day Car-land looked and my car and said it was my starter the proceeded to find the part and not realizing this is a 10 hour job on the 745i plus the part is 450$ the manager called me back and said got bad news its going to be a 1300$ fix ... I almost fell out of my seat I called around and found almost everyone was around 1300 to 1800, I didn't know what to do after about 30 min I got a phone call from the manager, he tells me he has good news the owner told you it was going to be no more then 600 and he since he said that he will honor his word. I had this work done for 600 out the door and the job was done in 4 days. Now that's what I call service I brought my truck in the next week and spent 1000 worth of work and they did a excellent job for me .... In a few days he will also have a plan to help customer with a payment plan for us poor folks to get work done our cars more

CARLAND IS DEALING IN ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES REGARDING TOWING, STORAGE FEE'S & BUSINESS PRACTICES Towed my car against my will after a fender bender in the Kolh's parking lot (private property) next door. Charged $305.00 in towing & storage for TWO days the next day. Refused to release my car to me & a different towing company & BADGERED me to sell THEM my car AFTER i had already paid in FULL. These people are full on Criminals as far as I am Concerned. BEWARE! more

Carland auto sales is not a good business. They have begun dealing in riba (interest) which is haram by adding more money on the price of the car if you cannot pay for the whole car up front which in Islam is riba. He is also very difficult to get a hold of and I can't remember the last time I have had such a difficult time getting in contact with someone. The selection on the lot sucks also as well as Ibrahim's attitude. There are other issues that I have experienced with him where I will never give him any business ever again. He has abused the trust, nor does he show that he cares about the customer. There was even a time where he tried to sell me a piece of garbage that look like he pulled it out of a swamp that didn't run either for over 2 grand. He is just a bad businessman whom will never get my business again more

Good: Customer service sucks.. I mean the Abraham is a rude person. All the workers there are rude too or most of them. They dont care about the customer they just care about their money at the end of the week. Not professional at all.. Bad: i dont like the fact that im being ignored for $100 at Carland Autos. Thats low... be PROFESSIONAL.. Improvements: Customer service needs a lot of work i mean A LOT!. more

ask for Nicole. Their sales people don't know anything about customer service, Nicole handles it all. I've bought a couple of cars there already. Between Nicole, and the no interest payments - it's a win/win situation. more

These people are the real deal. Treated with the utmost respect. Honest feedback about what was needed and the repairs extremely quick and reasonable. I will never go anywhere else. more

Well I came online to look for their phone number and I happened to see a lot of BS lol about Carland. Anyways it’s never too late and bought a few cars from them and had very good luck. I guess you have to have money in your pocket when you go car shopping. I agree that they are not all well organize, they do make mistake after all we are all human. Good luck car shopping and car fixing. They fix my car more than three times and I couldn’t tell if my car was repainted and fixed. They did an awesome job. Thanks you all. more

a former employee that was fired for some reason. Otherwise why would he be making allegations that have to do with the inner workings of a company if he were just a customer buying a car? Also, how would he know if the first post was an employee of the company? Please, don't use this forum to make false allegations in an attempt to discredit a company because you were probably fired. I came to Carland and was treated like a real person, not like a walking wallet. I was referred to Abe by my friend and went to check it out. I went up to him and told him what I needed and my price range, he brought out 4 cars that were in my price range, and had me check them all out and test drive them for as long as i wanted. He didn't push me, he made me feel comfortable and put me in a ar that has lasted me 6 years already! I went back to him 5 months ago and bought another. They have cars for any price range and I have and will continue to refer all my friends and family to Abe. Check him out and I promise he will take care of you. Happy car buying. more
