Overall was a great experience. The sales assoiciates we dealt with, Sean and Patrick were great. I enjoyed working with them, however didn't enjoy the finance office guy Dewayne. He just wanted the money and you out of his office as quick as possible iot seemed, but everyone else was great to deal with. We bought a used Dodge Magnum over 3 months ago and has been a great car so far. Thanks Carl Gregory associates! more

When I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Carl Gregory, they told me they would always take care of me. 8 months later, my jeep broke down and had to be towed in. Andy, Mark, and Gary gave me a car to drive and got my jeep taken care of quickly. I am very please with the service and would rank them the #1 dealership. more

Bought my 2012 dodge Durango Last week, I had a great time buying a car! They easy to deal with and the only place that didn't get mad when I told them I was financing with Johnson city federal credit union. The other 2 places I went to all they wanted was me to finance in their places! Best Internet price around. And no disappearing rebates! They do have a document fee. But they all do these days and the ones that don't try to trick you into their financing so they make money that way. Thanks Carl Gregory. Phil Miner, Gary Hudgens, Vince Fishner. Carl Gregory is the best dealership ever! Andy McMullen is an honest car salesman . I was very skeptical. We have dealt with other car dealers in the past and were lied to and treated badly. Andy was patient and very straight forward. We were treated with respect and dignity. Evan worked very hard to secure us the best financing and they even called us to come back because they had gotten us a lower interest rate and extended warranty so the final deal was better than what we were originally told. Gary Hutchins the General Manager was polite and friendly and interested in making sure we had a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! more

Mark Guyer and Phillip Minor worked with my mom and step dad on buying a new truck. Got a call 13 days later (after putting them in a brand spankin new one!) saying they needed to come all the way back to sign some more documents! After reassuring that ""everything"" was fine they went back down, SAT For 45minute while big boys mark n Phillip were in a ""meeting"" then send the receptionist out to do Their dirty work (who had no idea what was going on mind you.!.she quit a couple weeks later because it's so crooked) they took the truck and treated them awful!! MARK called and LIED to get them down there and HUMILIATED them!!!! I STRONGLY DISLIKE THESE MEN AND WILL NEVER WHAT TIME I BREATH DO WITH THEM!!! CROOKED PHILLIP AND MARK WILL SHUT THEM DOWN FAST!!! more

Be carefulwhen buyinga car, the finance guy will increase your finance rate so he can profit off of it. He will also add crap to your deal like extra warranties and junk because thats hoe he makes extra money. Before signing the contract add the payment x months of loan and then add in loss on trade in and down payment and look at the deal that way. The 6000 over KBB is a big scam, I just took two different cars to them andthe KBB printout and they offered less than the crappy condition trade in allowance. plus after adding the numbers as suggested above I would have paid 14k more than the selling price. All they wanted was me to approve a payment size I was happy with.. They should be sued and then shut down anbd the finance guys put behind bars. The salespersons are just runners for the crooks and they all practice the same thievery. more

I seen some bad reviews for service but we have had our town and country taken care of there for 3 years now and everything has always been great must depend on who the service person is I always use TREB he does an awesome job. Thanks to Mark Guyer for all the help on my latest purchase and I will definately be back, always easy to deal with and they have great rates my credit union offered me 2.34 % and the finance department at carl gregory got my 1.69 % for 60 payments thanks carl gregory more
