The customer is never treated as the person who is paying a lot of money for a service. An improvement would be to allow the customer to ask questions without being yelled threatened or sworn at. Sales person should go to job site during construction not just to sell the pool, need more follow through. Complete the job that was purchased in the time frame given in contract. Employees never wore shirts while on customer property. Job site never cleaned up left a mess, customer had to clean up.
