My kid had a cracked screen and needed his phone repaired before he returned to school. He left a $150 deposit with Captain Mobile and was told he would have his phone in 5 to 7 days. 21 days later, after contacting 3 other people at his school to find him to alert him of a family emergency, I went to Captain Mobile to get his phone so I could take it somewhere else who could give me the phone back in 5-7 days for real. they refused to return my money or my phone. I had to call the police to get my broken phone back. The part still wasn't there yet. I was told, ""if you sue, it will cost you $2000 to get your $150 back."" Real ""nice"" guy. Thanks for helping a single Mom with 2 kids in college, and sick parents.
