The Capitol Hill Internet Cafe has a very personal and down to earth environment. Great service, very confortable atmosphere, helpful employees, very charming. Good espresso and muffins too. I can come here to chat online or do all of my other internet activites and not be interupted and enjoy myself to the fullest extent. Very relaxing.
