I was recently in the market for a bicycle, and went to nearly every bike shop in the area. While this store had a nice selection of new and classic Schwinn bikes, the customer service was horrible. The store is owned by an older man, probably in his 70's. I know that many say the elderly have a right to be crabby, but I say that if one can't keep one's crabbiness in check, it's probably a sign to move on to something else. They do not allow test rides at this shop, and until you flash the credit card, don't expect to be treated with an ounce of dignity. I bought a bike there just because it was the only place in town with the style I wanted, but I will certainly buy my accessories elsewhere.
