I was totally amazed and grateful to Elis and his crew at Capital. They was able to do repair work on my vehicle and got it back to me in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the work and the cost of the repairs. All quotes were upfront and exactly what I was told. 5 stars to the crew at Capital! more

Very good customer service 9/18/2015

Capitol Auto Parts does a very good job of accomodating customer needs, diagnosing and explaining the issues, and coming up with fair pricing. My only minor issue with my last visit, was not being called as promised, when the vehicle would be ready (and I realize things do get busy). but because I didn't get the call I assumed the car was still being worked on, when it was actually ready, and I could have picked up the vehicle sooner. Other than that I am very pleased with the service, especially dealing with Chris and Ellis. more

Friendly people and fantastic service. 9/11/2014

I have been having a recurring problem with a fan switch part. They replaced the part earlier this year for a very reasonable price, and then again for free a few months later when it stopped working. After the second one stopped working, they not only replaced the part for free, but also replaced the fan motor, charging me their cost for the part and a trivial labor charge for the work. Wow! These guys are great! more
