This comment was very mature of you. Even if the client is hard to please its not very professional to post those comments. Your comments should have been in defense of your salon and its reputation by making a statement ""We're committed to customer service..."" something along those lines and not to bad mouth the customer. Here's why, Be CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY AND POST, it can open you up for litigation. I'm new to area and searching for a stylists but after reading the comments posted by you I will not step foot in your door nor will I send my family or friends your direction. Word of Mouth is something else. This client you disrespected can tell 10+ her friends and family, they can tell theirs and before you know it you just lost at least 10% of your customer base and future clients.
