Horrible service, poor quality of work 8/6/2012

prices are reasonable, service and quality of work is very poor. They lost my very expensive shirt once; which I let go then since everyone can make a mistake. However, this time they did not even clean my jacket. I took it out to see if it was cleaned. it was not. The lady said that they cleaned it twice and it was too dirty and would not clean. However, i could easily run my nail over it and clean it. I told her i don’t think i should pay for it and she was very rude and nasty about it. She offered to clean it again if i paid right then. I paid and decided to save myself another trip to the not so friendly place and not to have it not-cleaned again. We will never go back there again. more

horrible service 3/2/2011

thought it was cheap but when clothes came back I realized it wasn't worth a dime. Seriously, looked like they just hung it back on the hanger . I asked if they could try again and was told to pay again!!! thats why it's prepay!!! lol more

Average service 7/16/2010

Campus cleaners do not do their cleaning in-house. They take it to some other cleaners. They told me they would have my clothes next day and it wasn't ready until few days later. Very disappointed. more

Horrible Service 8/30/2006

I dropped off my duvet to be cleaned last week. Went to pick it up today and it wasn't even cleaned. They claimed it was cleaned twice. It was obvious it wasn't cleaned. I could pick some sticky stuff off with my fingernail. So obviously it wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately, I already paid for the cleaning. After much discussion with the owner of the company he refused to give me his last name or my money back. Why is it so hard to get people to do what they say they are going to do. And if you don't do it then the least you can do is give a refund. The Better Business Bureau will hear about this one. I would recommend anyone considering to go here to to definitely find another place. I got ripped off and hopefully no one else gets ripped off. They took my $ and didn't even seem to care. more

New dry Cleaners in Kirkland 8/20/2005

Campus Dry Cleaners is one of the smaller dry cleaners in Kirkland. The quality of the dry cleaning is great. They press mens shirts for .99 cents. They have a reasonable turn around for normal cleaning, but often can not accommodate same day/next day service. The staff is friendly but they often do not have change for larger bills. They do not accept credit or debit cards, but do accept personal checks. more
