So they've had my motorhome for 5 full days for diagnosis and exterior clean. I called tonight to get a status update and received a ""what? no one called you?"" from the guy on the other end. He then proceeded to rapidly inform me of 4 different problems but could not tell me the cause of the problems (ex: belt squeaking on startup could be bad belt or worse. and I'm not sure which belt it is, an engine oil leak but might just be from the oil pan, etc.) I'm sorry but when I'm paying you to diagnose any potential problems, I'd really like to know what is causing them! Wish I had read these reviews first.
