Our puppy boarded for the first time ever this summer...she had a terrific time!\r \r She was able to play hard and rest great. \r \r We took advantage of private obidence training as well. Thanks to all the caring staff! more

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! I love that I can drop my pup off for daycare and know she's in good hands all day while I'm working. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The web cams are an added bonus! more

Our dog Kovu has recently started attending day care at Camp Bow Wow in San Antonio and we could not be more please with the service. He can be a bit of an overly energetic handful but the staff is very good with him and knows his name when we walk in the door. Best of all they will actually go out of their way to find the person that was with him during the day to tell us how his day was. So far we have only used the Day Camp service but based on his reaction to the word ""Camp"" (generally jumping up and down, running to the door and bringing us the leash), I think we will be regular customers and will soon try out the other services offered. more

We have been using CBW going on 3 yrs now and we absolutely LOVE it! Tex enjoys going and the staff ALWAYS knows him as he walks in the door. (And no we do not go every day.) We just recently adopted a second dog and we are excited for him to go to CBW! When we go out of town, CBW is the only place that we will trust to keep our dogs. The staff is great! more

I brought my very large dogs (a Mastiff and a Great Dane)here for the first time a week ago and when I brought them home they were both so exhausted they actually slept through the night (hurray!). Today I brought them back for the second visit and the Great Dane was so excited that her whole body was wiggling, just because of how happy she was to come here means I will always use Camp Bow Wow as a home-away-from-home for my pups. more

After researching local doggy day cares, I finally decided on Camp Bow Wow thanks to the positive reviews and feedback from previous customers. I am so glad I chose this location! Not only do they have great customer service when dealing with clients, they treated my puppy as they would their own. You can tell they all truly care about all the animals that come in, and it really shows in the service they provide. more

My Ellie May went for her interview and she stayed for six hours and just had a ball. I picked her up and she slept all the way home and was tired from all the playing. I booked her immediately for a four night stay. I absolutely love watching her play on the webcams. This is a wonderful place for your dog and I will never take her anywhere else. more

CBW rocks! Like other dog owners, I toured many facilities before choosing CBW. The facility is always clean and the staff is superb! I take Marshal Dillon to daycare every day where he gets lots of love and attention and has great friends to play with. There have been times when he seems ?off?; I have described the atypical behavior and they have given me possible explanations and/or solutions. The staff always reminds me that they are not vets, so they never state something emphatically. I have also found their training tips to be invaluable. I?ve had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they, like their entire staff, are always friendly and wearing big smiles more

Camp Bow Wow is great!! I absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a place to watch your dog. I was in need of a place to board my dog while I was on travel and had visited other establishments, but none of them made me and my dog feel as comfortable as CBW. The staff was great and the place was as cleaner than I expected. Love the ""Hotel"" experience that they provide and how attentive the staff are to the dogs. I'm sure my dog can't wait to go back. Thanks CBW!! more

My dogs and I love Camp Bow Wow 1/20/2012

I LOVE Camp Bow Wow!!! I really like that my dogs get very excited to go and come home nice and tired from playing all day. I really like that the staff monitors the dogs to make sure everyone is playing nice and that messes get cleaned up promptly. I also really liked that they remember me and my dogs and have a little something to tell me when I come to pick up. I use them for doggie day care and have used their bathing services and they did a great job! I love being able to check in on the camper cams to see what my babies are up to and to see them enjoying their time there. I will continue to use Camp Bow wow's services as long as I'm in San Antonio:) LOVE IT! more

I feel so much better!! 4/4/2010

I visited other facilities in town. I became very frustrated because they all were unfriendly and dirty. The good vibe wasn't there. Then I discovered Camp Bow Wow. From the moment I walked into the facility I was greeted right away. I asked several questions and given a tour of the facility. The tour just wasn't in the front or through webcams, I was taken to the back where the dogs played. I saw the staff in the area where the dogs played. All the dogs looked like they were having a good time. Pros: Very Professional, Clean and friendly staff more

Exactly what I needed 1/31/2010

I was at my wits end with my destructive lap pup, when I heard about Camp Bow Wow. After his first visit, he has changed dramatically. The opportunity he has to burn energy and socialize with other dogs has made him more content, calm and far less destructive. The day camp was exactly what we needed. Pros: great, clean facility and friendly staff more

Camp Bow Wow takes care of your dog 1/27/2010

We have taken our dog to Camp Bow Wow several times for overnight boarding. I really feel like my dog is safer and well-taken care of when we're out of town. Dogs are given lots of attention and outdoor play time and you can watch them on a web-cam to make sure everything is OK. Other places I have boarded him cost about the same once you figure in play time so the value is great for the price. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for any sized dog. more

Sids home away from home 1/24/2010

We have an ""only dog"" and he really needs exercise and socialization. At Camp Bow Wow he gets these things and is truly cared for.. When we go out of the country for 2 or 3 weeks at a time, we know he is having a good time and is being well cared for. We have been going to Camp Bow Wow since they first opened in San Antonio and we are more than satisfied. Pros: Professional personnel care for your dogs. Cons: Location is on a very busy street.. more

My dog's home away from home 1/18/2010

For the past year I have been taking my dog Max to Camp Bow Wow for daycare about twice a week and for boarding when I am out of town. He just loves it there and after a day of playing with the staff and other dogs always means he has a sound sleep later that night. As a rescue dog Max has had his issues but at Camp Bow Wow he gets along with everyone just fine. Pros: Great staff! more
