Been here for several yr's but plan on moving this time. Walls are thin, just like any other apartment. Timely maintenance. Maintenance staff is pretty nice. Charges are ridiculous. It's like a house b/c you pay for everything. Now all of a sudden their charging for trash disposal, never gave any notice to tenants. I know its no way my water bill is so high for 1 person. Only came across 1 rude person in the leasing office. Got locked of my apartment,,and wouldn't give me the key. Even though, they were still working and the office was closed. She said to call the locksmith in a rude manner. I hope she doesn't forget that I help pay her salary by living there. I hope they fired her. The rest of them are really nice. Neighbors keep to themselves. Have had a couple incidents with dogs not on leases jumping on me. But some people just are not going to follow the rules. Could use some newer appliances.
