""I've used Calzada & Associates for my company's tax purposes. The entrance of the building has a shady sign directing you to go upstairs to the second floor. As soon as you enter the building, you are walloped with a very foul odor. As you walk up the abominable stairs, you realize the actual office is an apartment used as an office workplace.
The actual ""office"" literally stinks and its appeal is a failure. The decor is very tacky, run-down, and unprofessional.
As to the actual service, Ms. Calzada and her associates appeared very disorganized, did not have an appropriate conservative professional appeal as you would expect from an accountant.
And to top it off, they over-charge on everything! The IRS rejected the tax statement done by Calzada! This business is not actualized- they send your taxes by snail mail, do not accept debit/credit cards and their place looks as if you have gone 20 years into the past.
Bottom line- they simply do not show a professional appeal, their service reflects low quality and they charge as if they are a bona fide tax service.""
