Good luck getting your money back on a voided transaction! They're more than happy to take your money, but if you need a credit card purchase reversed, due to their own stupidity and negligence, you will have to brave days of bullsh*t from their incompetent, rude, stuck up employees! I had to call them countless times over a span of a week, to no avail. Each time I was greeted with ""I don't know"" or ""the Internet is down"" or ""I'll pass your info to the manager"" or ""we'll call you back."" They claim there is no receipt for ""voided"" transactions... I'm still waiting for my chargeback! Shoppers beware of Calypso on Sunset!
