Calypso Bay

Started leasing at Calypso Bay because of friends and came to find out Dana, the district manager and Miss Mindy think they can do with peoples lives what they want. Evicted us from their property after paying them for lease. Have treated us like trash ever since we moved. Rented us the most expensive apartment claiming they didn't have a one or two bedroom apartment available. I am a business owner myself l and would have never thought a company would permit employees talk to their tenants they way they do. Mindy raised her voice at me and asked me to shut up. I thought you were supposed to treat your customers who are paying you to have a cushy job behind a desk with a little respect. \r \r Please do not rent from these people. They would not honor their word and leave you on the street. The apartments are nice, but not worth the hassle of dealing with an unprofessional staff. more

This is a nice place except for the staff. Miss Dana is the queen bee of the operation. I am a business owner and would not want these people working for me. I am surprised that a company of this size would keep such awful staff. I have spoken with several neighbors and associates and they all agree that the management their needs to change their behaviors. They have no people skills or management skills. They need to treat people equally and with respect. I hope the company receives this information and the behavior of the staff is brought to their attention and hopefully changes. Warm Regards, more
