Caffe Casta Diva is one of my favorite restaurants in Philly. The food is consistently delicious! One of my favorites is the chicken with capers and lemon--simple, elegant and just divine. My friend usually offers whatever steak option is available, and she claims the beef just melts in her mouth (I’ve tasted it too, and it’s true!). The owner and chef, Steve, puts thought and care into each dish. Sometimes he comes out and chats with the customers, which is a very nice touch. He also uses grass-fed and/or organic meats. The space is intimate without being crowded, and would be a good place for a romantic date. Very affordable too! I highly recommend this restaurant.
