Cafe Mozart 3/26/2006

I lived in the building right next door to Cafe Mozart and this was a definite must for people from across town. They have the most amazing desserts. They also have a full menu that includes pastas, burgers, salads, brunch, sandwiches and much more. The ceilings are low so it gets loud. They also have a piano and live music so if you need to hear yourself think this is not the place for you but otherwise, it's a true gem. more

Nice place for coffee or a meal 1/13/2006

Cafe Mozart is always pleasant - music is always classical (not always Mozart though) and occasionally they have live music too. They have a large selection of desserts and a nice menu of salads, sandwiches, and entrees. The waitstaff are friendly and it's never very crowded. It's a nice place to hang out or for a nice first date! more

Quiet neighborhood eating 9/30/2005

This is a quiet restaurant, that seems to fly under the radar of most Upper West Siders. Breakfast here is really a nice experience-they have beautiful fresh fruit as well as yummy and healthy specialties, and terrific coffee. Cafe Mozart always has the morning papers and they also have free internet access. So whether you are dining alone, or meeting friends and family-you will always feel comfortable. more
