I was impressed enough with the service on the used car I bought that I decided to get a new car from this dealership. Since my purchase of the new Saturn, service has become average at best. Whenever the car is taken in for service, I can count on needing to go back for a second visit about half of the time. There are not as many 'friendly faces' as there once was.
