Thank you so much Cactus for going the extra mile and fixing my air conditioning. I bought a car from Eddie there last Winter and it was a great experience. We discovered the AC wasnt working about 4 months later. I called Cactus Auto and they fixed everything that was wrong and I was so grateful. They stand by their product and assured I left a happy customer. It seems good customer service is hard to find these days but not at Cactus auto. Awesome!!! more

Superb Car Dealership 6/4/2011

I wonder what REALLY happened to those folks posting the few negative reviews. I know the folks that run this place and have for many years. During that time I've purchased not one, not two, but THREE cars from them. Folks that know me know I would never do this unless there were some very good reasons. I have little money. The owners gave me a huge good deal on great quality machines. It's not their fault I smashed them up and had to buy others. The service was quick, easy, and totally competent. And friends or not, I would NOT be going back time after time unless it was! So there nay sayers - I have my suspicions about you. more

Disappointing experience 12/3/2010

Extremely disappointed; found a very nice vehicle at a good price... Internet sales department, made an offer, counter-offer accepted... Told the salesman I was buying the car at the agreed on price. This is on a Wed.... Arranged financing, purchased plane ticket on Friday morning ($200)... Around noon on Friday, I GET EMAIL --- THE CAR HAS BEEN SOLD..... Buyer beware.... more

Best Used Cars 10/19/2010

I always look to Cactus Auto first when looking for a good used car. They are honest, knowledgeable and fair. They have a great selection of cars, ranging from compact to luxury. There are photos of each car with all of the details listed so you can shop before going in. Their prices are very reasonable, with a wide range for every budget. They truly care about each customer. I love that this is a family owned business that has been around for many years. more

Good People 10/18/2010

Buying a car can be intimidating because it is a big purchase and you need to trust the people who are helping you through the process. I fortunately found Cactus Auto and meet genuinely honest, good, caring people who where willing to take the time to listen to exacty what I was looking for. They had a great range of cars and trucks to choose from that fit my congfort zone with what I was willing to spend. I will never buy a car anywhere else. more

I bought a car from Cactus Auto and I was very impressed with their service and the car I ended up buying. I am very picky when it comes to making a big purchase and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came time for me to make a decision. I am very confident in the car that I have purchased and very happy to be supporting this company. Not to mention their prices are outstanding! I will always recommend Cactus Auto. more

Not so Hot!!! 1/15/2010

Dealerships like this one should be outlawed!! Stay away if at all possible. Found Cactus online and decided to visit and compare prices to several other dealerships. Prices are decent however the vehicle I took on a test drive died two minutes into the ride. Then we waited 30 minutes for another person from the dealership to pick us up.. Basically I lost about 1 hour of my life with these people and dont think anyone should have to go through the same. Cons: Cars are junk more
