hate the new automated service can not get anywhere we lost our cable service about 10:00 am on a sunday morning the last nascar race of the year had several people over for the race. my neighbor and i called and complained several times about the outage and were reassured that the problem was being addressed after 5 hours I called again and was told that the techs were working on the problem. I live next to a cable one employee who told a neighbor of ours around 5 p.m. that his cable was out and was wondering if they were also having problems. when I heard this I then called again and was hung up on ,when my neighbor finally got through again they told her they would get someone right on it , it took less than an hour to fix the problem. The lady on the line told her that it helps if several people call in . What one complaint will not do the trick. we have been cable one employees for several years we also have internet through them were considering phone not even an option now. because of the lack of communication our evening with friends was spoiled. It should not have taken several calls for someone to finally say maybe there is a problem and maybe we should try and fix it.
