This was my first time going to Thomas Auto Body. My insurance company told me about them; I had no prior knowledge of Thomas Auto Body. I have been pretty much accident free for my whole life, but this was a minor parking-lot accident. We were both backing up and rapped bumpers. My car is a clunker, and I wouldn't have even fixed it if it wasn't for insurance. A light was damaged, and so that needed to be replaced. Even though the car is old, it is in pretty good shape, both the body and the paint. Thomas Auto Body really fixed it like a new car. I also liked that they totally detailed the inside of the car like a showroom car. They really did a nice job. I liked them a lot; they were fine workers and people. They were respectful. The car was in there a little longer than I would have liked, and that is the only reason I gave them a 4. The whole thing was better than I expected. more

I had 2 fender benders, and Thomas Auto Body took very good care of the vehicles. They called me to let me know if anything was going to be late or to let me know if there was a problem. They actually finished in a shorter amount of time than they said; they finished a day before. The car looked like it was brand new. I really do recommend them because they do very good work. more

Thomas Auto Body was very responsive to my initial call. The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and the thoroughness in the work was awesome. They went over in great detail all of the work they were going to do for the car, and when I asked them to look into other things they jumped right on it. I was having them look at my daughter's car, so I was very concerned that everything be done correctly. Thomas Auto Body also communicated with me throughout the entire process. Thomas Auto Body was great. I decided to use them because they were one of the repair shops included in the network for my insurance. They did some body work on my vehicle and they did everything they needed to do. They were punctual and took exactly as long as they said they would. They also gave my car a wash and vacuum cleaning on the inside, so it was clean when I got it back. At Thomas Auto Body, they are helpful and have good communication with their customers.
