It is hard to find a place where you can trust that you are getting a good price. I always feel like I'm getting screwed on the price if I don't bring my husband. I am very happy with everyone over at Millers and they always answered all of my questions, making me feel confident. more

I don't have nothing bad to say about Millers they have been very courteous,on December 11th 2012 I was sitting on 290 at 43rd had 2 flats on my car and a Miller's tow truck showed up towed me off the freeway he help me change my tires and the whole time he behaved like a gentleman I believe the young man's name was Jesse. I don't understand why people are giving so many bad reviews to these tow truck drivers while there out here risking their lives the help us out. I am very pleased with their service and I'm sure if in the future I have any car problems I will take it to Millers auto body. more

The Worst Place ever 4/3/2012

DONOT BRING BUSINESS TO THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. Hi everyone. I definetely agree with those that write bad things about this place. I had an accident and I had to go with the because the officer had to take my car off the highway. He was pushing me to take my car to their storage so they can make money. The man was very rude. He was trying to abuse me during the accident by taking my car to their business. He still did not stop bugging me about where to take my car even though I told him to give me time to think about it. I finally had to take my car there for couple of days. They charged me 311 from sunday night till tuesday night. That included 155 dollars of towing. When I called in they were very rude. The only nice one was the guy that gave me estimate ( the money man ). I got into their office to release my car during that time they were talking to others and they were being rude to them too. They even hang up the phone after a while when the customer was asking many questions. I do not understand how such a company could still stay in business with such attitude, rudeness. The guy that was releasing me the car wanted me to sign the documents before my tow truck was there and when I told him I would sign it when my tow truck gets there, he said you have to sign it no matter what I already filled the documents. When I asked to sign it once my truck gets there once more he said no wonder. I mean really no wonder????? What the hell. you need to respect people. We all get in these businesses because something bad happened to us. After all I don't think they should give that bad attitude. Some reviews say they are at the center of town, DONOT BELIEVE that they are definetely not. They will abuse you and try to get as much money as possible. Based on my 3 days experience I believe they are the worst in town. worst WORST WORST. As a bottom line; Noone should ever take their business there. You will regret it. Trust me YOU WILL REGRET it. more

01 tahoe repairs 3/31/2012

called in requesting wrecker to come pick up my vehicle. Talked with Robb Grimm, very professional during whole repairs. wrecker service was awesome !!! Robb called me during the repairs,giving me the perticulars, when I picked up my vehicle, vehicle was so clean, painted and put together, he also found a light on, on the dash, he went ahead and took care of that, with no problem. Office staff were very professional also. It wa such a relief to see a company who really cares for their customer like this company. I would reccomend Millers to everyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle. such a comfort to know Millers body shop is there to service their customers this way. The owner of this company has put the correct key people in positions to service his customers in everyway. 105% satisfied !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Jerks! 11/21/2011

I pulled off the road at 290 and 610 N. to get something out of my trunk and the wrecker driver came out of nowhere. I flipped him off (bad idea) and he came to my window talking all kind of trash. He sttod in front of my vehicle and would not move so I had to back up and go around him. He then chased me to FM 529 and Hwy 6 Walmart with speeds in excess of 90 MPH. We went in the store and he eventually left. What a bunch of jerks these wrecker drivers are! Who do they think they are? more

Unethical 8/29/2011

My car was towed here after an accident. I had no input on the tow company as I was removed from the scene by EMS and sent to the hospital. Miller's seemed fine though. Until we chose to go to a different auto body shop. They suggested that we should leave the car there so they could fix it without any information going to carfax. Um, okay. They made it fairly difficult to get my car towed. Requiring the owner to come in person, etc. I was in the hospital at the time so that wasn't an option. Finally they released the car. I thought that was the end of Miller's until the auto body fixing my car told me that there was no bumper or license plate in the car when they received it from Miller's. All of the parts that came off of my car - including the bumper and license plate - were in the back seat of my car on Miller's lot the day before they towed it. I have photos of it. I can only surmise that Miller's stole those parts. Avoid them if you can. more

RUDE, RUDE, Rude!! 8/1/2011

They never returned my call until I started calling and calling the next day.... They never had an answer to the questions I had..... They said someone will answer your questions when we call you back and that person would say I dont have any information..... They need a better system!! They were nice at first then they were just rude and not proffessional. She didnt let me speak and spoke over me! They get a paycheck through us and they are being rude!! I dont think SO!! more

Great Business Professionals-Love the staff 2/8/2011

I would support this company. They are very professional.I had to come to Houston following the sudden and unexected death of my only brother. I wan not able to locate my brother's car as he left it parked near Herman Memorial Hospital. I learned from a letter Miller sent to my brother's home that the Sheriff Dept had Miller tow my brother's car the day after he expired at the hospital 1/26/11 Dr. Thomas McCall, a professor at UHCL parked his car and then was transported to ICU. After I called Millers and made arrangements to retireve the car, they demonstrated such sensitivty, kindness, and were very accomodating to expeditiously help me to retrieve his car. You Don't Want to Do Business With Miller's 9/18/2010

They're all sweetness and light until you don't agree with them. My daughter's car was towed there after an accident on 610. The tow truck driver was nice, helpful and did a great job. Initially, the staff at Miller's was nice too, until our insurance company wanted the car towed elsewhere. From that point on it was lies, excuses and unethical behavior on the part of the staff at Millers. Steve seemed like a decent guy and appeared to be embarrassed by the actions of Rex and the clerk who answers the phone. Our insurance company finally had to tell their adjuster to have the police meet him there to have the car towed to another facility. Since our misadventure with Miller's we've heard other horror stories about them.. Just wish we had heard them sooner. more

Great repair from a great businessman 7/20/2010

Great work and a great business citizen - 2010-07-20 My son is in the US Air Force. His duty station is in Okinawa. He was deployed to Iraq last summer and on completion of his tour began planning for his return to the states after Okinawa. He found a really good buy on a particular Subaru that he liked in Austin so we went and picked it up for him. The car was mechanically sound with fairly low mileage but had some hail and neglected other body damage. I had met the owner Mr. Rex Owens some time back and asked him for help in getting my son's car in tip top shape for his return to Texas. Rex took on the project and he personally supervised the "restoration' himself. His staff went far beyond a normal repair for a very fair price. Rex and the staff at Miller's are a credit to the business community in Houston and because he honored and respected my son's service he is a true patriot. I would highly recommend Miller's to anyone with an auto body repair need. Thanks Rex! more

Impressive work, no problems 3/19/2010

Our new pathfinder was involved in a chain reaction crash on 610 in Feb 2010. Millers was the first wrecker on the scene and after careful consideration we decided to let them make the repairs. There was extensive damage to the entire front, rear, front two fenders, one door, etc. They completed the work on time, invited me over to check on the progress as they went, and followed up on every detail. The car is like new. I was particularly worried about paint matching and quality, especially given the car has a metallic blue finish. The result is perfect. I've been over the car inch by inch and the paint is show quality - and exactly matches the manufacturer's finish and color on the rest of the body. I also have nothing but praise for Rob and Steve. I've seen the other notes that have been posted and can't comment on other's experience, but based on my interaction with Millers I'd have to say they are 100% reliable and honest. Thiefs! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS 1/26/2010

Early January of this year 2010, I had my car taken into Millers for repairs, My AAA was covering everything so they did do the work in a decent timely manner, although they finished atleast 3 days after they said they'd be done.(no biggie? Well I lost my Job over their broken promise.) At any rate, After receiving my car, they took it in to get "detailed" well My wifes Coach purse got stolen, and 21 cd's from our cd collecction went missing, not mention with my diamond ring that was buried deep in luggage. After telling him what happened it didn't even occur to him to apologize! I mean these people or they're workers just took my belongings when I trusted my car with company to profit off of my repair. This isn't fair, Im disgusted that this will even happen. I live in California and they're in Texas, so It's not even worth it to pursuit any legal action, but I can review on every site on the world wide web about my misfortune and can only warn others so it doesn't happen to them. more

Great Work 1/20/2010

I recently had my 08 Chev Silverado repaired at Millers Auto and was very pleased with the over all experience. Rob and Steve were very professional and did exaclty what they said they would. If I had not wrecked the vehicle myself I would never know it had been in an accident. The work was that good. I would highly recommend Millers to anyone. more

How many times does it take 12/9/2009

i would like to start off saying Rob is very professional in the way he handles things and lets you, the customer, know what is going on with your vehicle. On another note, I had my 2007 dodge ram 2500 worked on there, it is black therefore it shows alot more. When I went to pick it up, my front painted bumper needed to be buffed, then upon buffing it they burned through the paint, so they had to keep it a couple of extra days, which was no problem. Within two months of having it home, I noticed spots where they put bondo and it wasnt smooth at all. They incorrectly painted around my windows, not removing the rubber therefore causing the clear coat to start peeling, not only that but i have noticed many spots where my clear coat is seperating from my paint with air bubbles in it. I have recently had to work on my truck and found mounting bolts to things such as the air conditioner cooler that were not put back on at all, maybe one or two missing. My caps for my lugs have overspray on them. My chrome on my grill has also started to peel off. I believe that they can do good work, they just need to do it. more

Dangerous tow truck drivers 9/17/2009

Around 6:30 on September 16th, a car needed a tow at the Jack in the Box on 18th Street. FOUR Miller's tow trucks raced each other to get there. I was nearly sideswiped by one going at least 75mph on TC Jester, watched him blow a red light and make an illegal u-turn in front of oncoming traffic. And that was the last of the four there. Insane, and incredibly dangerous. If the police won't stop these people, at least we can read the signs on the sides of the trucks and not patronize them. more

Very Unhappy. 8/6/2009

My car broke down on 610, 1.7 miles from the shop. I called 311 and asked for a safe clear wrecker and the city sent a Miller's truck. Since I clearly needed a repair and they were there I just decided I'd let them do it. The repair shop never called me. I called nearly every day for 2 weeks. More often than not I would call and the receptionist would say the mechanic was out and he'd have to call me back. No one would return my calls so I'd call back several hours later or the following day. When I was able to talk to someone they would come up with ridiculous excuses as to why the work was taking so long. In the end it took 2 weeks to perform a job that should have taken a day, I know how long it takes because I had similar work done to a previous car 2 years ago. When I picked up the car they did not provide me with any paper work for the repair. They did not offer a warranty or guarantee on their work and only provided an itemized list of labor and parts upon request. Upon inspection of said list I found that they had charged me $100 for tow that was (mostly) paid for by the city as part of the safe-clear program. In a word: ridiculous. Save your time and money. Don't bring your car here. more

Good Work 6/11/2009

I took my Mercedes in to be repaired since they were highly recommended better than the dealerships. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip top shape. Not only did they do the body work well, they made sure nothing happened to the engine during my wreck. more
