This is in response to Mr. Ash.I don,t know what he wants from us. My tec. is a professional he,s doing this for a very long time. Mr. ash is not telling the whole story.We did treat him very well and with respect. He called for service he wanted a Saturday we set up the appointment went out on that day it was set up for,we did needed to order parts told him we will call him on Monday to set up another appointment to install parts which we did he did not answer but called us back and said he need us on Saturday again we said OK,my tec.did go to the house on time install parts. while on his way out he was ask by Mr. ash to look at a cook top my tec.looked at it took all the info. advised Mr. ash someone will call to give him an estimate on the cook top. we give him an estimate on parts and labor not on a trip charge like he said he then told us he will not repair the cook top. He did call back a few days later to say, when the tec. left, his light in the dryer is not coming on and he need us back on saturday we assume saturdays are his best days.The only thing that tec.was seclude to be off so we offered him the next saturday because it was not an emergency which he agreed to. My tec went out on the day secluded change his light bulb and not charged him, mind you my tec.went out of his way travel an hour and thirty min.to help Mr.ash and did not think anything about it.Mr Ash was only charged once.we always go the extra mile to help and we will contiue to do so because we are about making our customers happy.
