Bought son used car. Paid for for new license. Been over a month after Temp plates have expired and still no license plates and all I get is excuses and runaround. After buying four cars from them, this is probably going to be my last if this this is their new service since Moses bought them. more

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FOR MY VEHICLE AT C&O MOTORS. JAROD, THE SALESMAN, WAS VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY TO GET THE DEAL COMPLETE. I have shopped at C & O Motors a few times, more often to browse, than anything. They have a wide selection of automobiles - cars, trucks, vans, etc! Their prices are decent, and they have a wide staff, who are excellent in their work. Occasionally, I have come across the problem of them being too busy, to work in a potential customer, or to make repairs to a vehicle. They have a wide selection of vehicles available, but I think it has made them TOO busy. Other than that they have great janitors who keep the place very neat and clean. I had a brand new car a few years ago that I had purchased from C&O. I owned the car for about 1 1/2 years total and of that time, I think I actually had it in my posession, maybe 6 months. This car was in teh shop at C&O more than it was out. I had it there for the same problem every time. I took it in making a noise and the guy at the shop said it was a loose bolt and to bring it in the next day. I asked him several times if it would be okay to drive to my house (50 miles away) and back and he said it would be okay. I got halfway home and the noise got worse. As my mother was taking it to the shop the next morning, she made it halfway when the rod shot through the engine. Yep- that sure was a loose bolt. I would not buy another car from them nor would I take any car to them to be repaired. They are rude and will not work with you at all. more
