We have visited a lot of Chinese buffets in the northern suburbs and have found C 1 to have the largest and freshest selection. We visited on a Friday night around 6:30 and were seated right away. The dining room has ample space and there are about 5 service ""islands"" with food in addition to the Mongolian barbeque. I started off with steamed rice, broccoli/chicken, orange chicken, green beans, roasted chicken and some egg rolls. Each and every item was fresh, hot and exceptionally tasty. Next I visited the barbeque (which happens to have the largest selection of the various other restaurants I have visited). I selected my items but didn't know what sauces to put on it, so I asked the chef to make it up for me. Because he knows what he is doing, he did an excellent job, and the flavors were fantastic. Though I do not like seafood, they also serve a variety of items such as crab, shrimp, sushi, etc.
Pros: wide variety of foods
