I bought a used car for over $7,000, two weeks later I got stranded in Kentucky when the care broke down. I had to spend over $800 to get it fixed and they wouldn't help at all. Two months later, less than 3 months after the purchase, I started having problems again, I took the car to 3 places and got quotes for the work, replacing head gaskets, water pump and timing belt all around $2,000. When I took the car back to Byers they said that they would help me out and 'not turn their back on me' what that really meant is that they qouted the work at nearly $2,700, which did not include timing belt or water pump. and discounted it a couple hundred dollars. Never buy a car from these people they will turn their back on you. One of the worst experiences of my life.\r
