The owner of The Butcher at Bon Air was very friendly. I bought sirlion for an extremly high price of $25.00 for two pounds. The owner made a custom cut, which was great for a specific thickness. However, the flavor was underwhelming for the price. It would be one thing if it was an AWESOME FLAVOR steak, which might demand such a premium, not the case here. MOOve on....
