Busy Bee Cleans LLC

I took advantage of a special offer that I thought would include hot water extraction to address high traffic dirt. At the time of making the appointment I was informed with honesty that they would not have that up and running until May. To suffice for the interim they offered to come out and clean the designated area with encapsulation techniques then return to do the hot water extraction later. The procedure was completed in a professional manner and the carpet looks as clean as when I do it myself. We are particular about the care of our floors so we will have them come back in the spring to do the second treatment because from all that I have research I have read this will result in a more deep cleaning. My recommendation to others would occur after they come back. They appear to care very much about a good reputation so I look forward to seeing the results in May. more

Found Busy Bee off of a Do-Local-Deal and decided to try it out. I didn't have a lot of hope that the stains would actually come out of my carpet - but they did. Chris did a great job and my carpet went from brown to light gray in a matter of hours! I will use them again! more

I've used several other carpet cleaning companies. They did a good job but the method that Busy Bee uses is far superior. Our carpets are older but they look fresh and new after a cleaning by Busy Bee, and they stay cleaner much longer. Every stain was taken care of and Christopher excels at customer satisfaction. more

Busy Bee Cleans LLC is very congenial and very professional. They make contact with me once a year right around the same time I'm needing to have my carpet cleaned for various reasons. Sometimes I have to cancel and that's not an issue for them. They're very gracious and will reschedule. I've had to reschedule multiple times before, but they've always been able to do that for me. I think I've given them a better time frame to work under now. If I need to have them come back for any reason--if I find somethings not done according to my specifications, let's say a spot comes back--they will definitely come back and take care of it. In that regard, they're very good. I've been using their service for quite a long time. It's been at least five years. This gentleman's father used to run the business and now he's retired and I'm working with his son. At some point, because I have nothing to base anything on, I actually might try to use somebody else just to get a comparison going. I think that's only fair to myself. I think about that, but then it's also just easy to go back to Busy Bee Cleans because they're familiar with me and I'm familiar with them. Because I live in Warm Springs, it's often hard for me to get service calls to my home. But Busy Bee doesn't charge mileage or anything. It's almost more effort for me to find somebody else. more

I got a deal through our local town and it was very good so that's why I gave Busy Bee Cleans a 5 out of 5 for value. He did a great job. He cleaned carpets in 3 different areas of my home, leaving them wet, which I didn't realize would happen. However, he left us with these little plastic booties. Those things were a lifesaver because we have three kids, myself, and my husband. It kept them clean while they were drying. Plan on not being able to walk on the carpet after because they will be wet about 24 hours. He was a little over-talkative, but a very pleasant guy. He was very passionate about carpets. The carpets turned out very well. He even got out a few stains. I'd use Busy Bee Cleans again in the future. more

I used Busy Bee Cleans LLC because we got a deal for their service. I'm not sure what their normal, un-discounted prices are, but if they are good, I would use them again. They showed up at my home on time. They were friendly enough, and the service they provided was fine. We were happy with how the carpet looked afterwards. They did a good job. Busy Bee Cleans LLC steam cleaned our house. When he cleaned it, one stain actually got worse and started emitting an odor. He came back free of charge several times after that with odor remover, also cleaning it again until it was completely gone. more

Chris really knows his stuff when it comes to carpet and upholstery cleaning! His new equipment dries even faster than before! Chris does a great job for the price and is always friendly Even though he's moved away from our town, we still have him come and clean our carpets. more
