good product and atmosphere, been going there for a long time. Owner is a pompous and condesending guy who doesn't treat customers well. We will never go back again after he was rude and insolent to my wife and I because we called in our order, stood in line and waited our turn for a table in the dining room and Ted Fricano said that "we don't do that" "who told you could do that" "Can you do this at Applebees?" Yes you can Ted Fricano and at many other progressive chains that want our business and treat us respectfully. They also have web and mobile phone ordering too. When my wife calmly approached him after we got done eating our pizza at the crammped bar, to say how bad he made us feel and how rude he acted...he said...Ahh THANNK YOU!" and ushered her towards the door by putting his hand on her arm. Ordering ahead is a problem for you why Ted Fricano? All it does is speed up the process for everyone, including you so that you can turn tables and generate revneue quicker. tried teddies for the 5th time in muskegon and will never go back. I grew up on this pizza in grand haven back in the day when it actually was goood. The last fricano to make it right was dougie and he did it right. So, Ted I will not pay 9.00 for a one item pizza and three dollars for a beer when the pizza is cardboard. We really enjoy Fricano's pizza. We're glad they moved into the Muskegon area. We go there more often now that they are in the area. We wish they could put in some docks for the boats to beable to order take out and get their pizza's without making it a major ordeal. The staff is very friendly when we go there. more

The pizzas come in one size and one price - cheap! Their pizzas are thin-crust and one person can easily eat a whole pizza - maybe two. They are delicious (greasy, just like pizza should be). The atmosphere is great, and the prices are inexpensive. The staff are very friendly and efficient. more
