Usually not crowded, Good new equipment 8/18/2005

Extensive line of equipment - Cybex, Hammer Strength, Flex, and the amazing Netpulse system where you can check your email and surf the web while you get in shape. Clean, good parking. There is an outside area gym area which is cool to work out in. They also have offer a variety of classes (which I personally haven't been to) and they have a juice bar. more
