Alex the salesman seemed competent. Said 7 hours, one truck load, three guys and a fixed not-to-exceed price. Night before the scheduled move date,they called and said they would have to reschedule for the following day. On the appointed day they called and said they would only have two guys and a smaller truck. They finally found a 3rd guy and showed up hours late. Then they tried to get us to sign paper work that put us on an hourly basis. Had to call general manager to get that squared away. It took three truckloads and until 10pm to get the move done. All the while the office was calling the crew and telling them to hurry up. As a result, in the last load there were significant damages because of the rush put on the crew. The first 8 hours of the move, the crew worked really hard to try and pull it off but eventually ran out of energy and just cut corners to get it done. This organization's sales, management, and resources are very poor and are easily overwhelmed and they have a weak approach to customer service. Recommend you use someone else more

The guys dont understand or speak english very well. They did not discuss overtime,12% fuel charges, and added that later. I asked them to send me full details and charges by email, they never did. I told them all, not to pack certain things, they did anyways. I had to explain the same thing over and over again..very exhausting. I more

This company talks the talk, but not only did they mislead me on how long my move would cost, but they broke several of my most imporatant items (Big Screen TV, Entertainment Center) and I am still working through their "claims center" 2.5 weeks later with no resolution in site. The movers tried to hide the fact that they broke some of my items and their claims center insists on doing everything via mail so that it takes 10 times longer than normal. Additionally, when you call their claims center, it's a minimum of a 30 minute wait on hold. And when you call this so-called family oriented company for assistance on the claims - they say that they can't help you. I would definitely not recommend this company nor use them again. And for the record - I don't normally write on these walls, but I am very upset with the way I've been treated post-move. more

If you call for a quote, or set an appointment. They will sell you hard on $89/hour and one hour of travel time, that's it! Except when they call to confirm the day before, suddenly you have a 3 hour minimum labor, and a 10% fuelcharge. Real shady and dishonest. Stay with someone who is upfront with you. more

I had a great experience with All My Sons. I had their movers move my stuff (I packed myself) from our old 3 bedroom to our new one. I've never had movers before, but these guys were wonderful! They were very quick and careful and extremely polite (and FUNNY!) to both of us. I had planned for an all day move, but they had us in our new home in around 5 hours. I would highly recommend them for a move around Dallas. more

All My Sons Moving & Storage Inc are a good moving comany.They are not the best but ok. They are rates similar to other moving companies. They are very quivk in their wor. They have good employees. They are not so good in packing. You should check others also before hiring them more

All My Sons did a fine job with our local move from the Dallas area to the Frisco area. We had them pack and move. The packing seemed to be done a little haphazardly (it was hard to find stuff later), but nothing was broken. They even moved a heavy upright piano. Their hourly price was competitive. more
