As people have said, they'll take your stuff and either give you cash or credit for it. OR, which may be the biggest draw... just get rid of it by donating it to a women's shelter. I really think this place used to be better, I remember being impressed the first time I went. Now it's a lot of used H & M clothes being sold for approximately what they cost at H & M. And granted, Brooklyn lacks an H & M... but, really. Some accessories-- purses/shoes are good and there is still the occasional good find among the clothes.
