The Doctor gets a B+, the staff flunks. From a medical perspective, Dr. has an excellent bedside manner and seems knowledgeable. He generally sees patients on time, which I highly value. My only complaint is oursourcing of simple blood tests. In sharp contrast, the staff is rude, inefficient, incompetent, and lacks any customer service focus whatsoever. I feel like I'm imposing on them rather than providing the revenue that pays their salaries. And there are so many of them hanging around. Ultimately, the boss is accountable for their performance. Mystery to me why he allows his staff to damage his practice--I'd be embarrassed.
