I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered on valentine's day 07 two days before the date. I called them to add updates to my order. There was a big snowstorm coming on 2/14/07 so they told me if they can't deliver that day it would be the next. That was ok with me. But they never delivered the flowers, nor did they even call me to inform me. I called the yesterday on 2/19/07 and they said they would look into it and call me back...6 hours later they had not contacted me so I drove 45 minutes to the store in order to get my refund this is horrible service...and they couldn't even explain to me why they didn't deliver the flowers....nor have the decency to call me and let me know or just refund me right away.
