excellent food 8/21/2005

This restaurant is another one of the few places in Houston that cooks some of the most authentic and tastiest Vietnamese food. Anyone, especially one of Vietnamese background, will love this place for its wide range of dishes and quality of cooking. Located in downtown Houston, the restaurant is easy to find and get to for most people, like students of Rice or UH. The only downside is that you have to wave to waiters for anything like refills. Even then, they may forget, as many diners come in, and the site is fairly large. more

Was Better 8/20/2005

Pho Saigon used to taste better a couple year back. Now that the asian culture has migrated to the bellaire area, Pho saigon is getting kind of run down. You can go here and eat lunch if you work in downtown and that would be fine. The price is just like at any other Pho restaurant. more

good food and location 8/18/2005

this restaurant has very good food and it is very authentic. my parents who are the most stringent vietnamese eaters, probably because they're from vietnam, love this place and we come to this restaurant everytime they come into town. location wise, this place is very good, being in the middle of downtown houston. it's pretty easy to get to it from the metrorail. more
