Cd Warehouse Western hills is where I go to get my new and used CD's DVD's and Games! They are the most helpful in locating hard to find merchandise. Usually when you order by 5:00pm you get your merchandise next day! They also have posters, t-shirts, cornhole sets and bags and game systems. The cornhole sets come in a variety of logos or just plain white. You can also get them custom made. And the 2 guys that work there are AWESOME!!! They are so friendly and fun to deal with! I tried to sell a number of CDs and DVDs at the location on Crookshank today. The staff were rude and didn't even bother to look up the value of the CDs on their database. Instead, the "gentleman" at the desk asked me to make an offer, then countered with a serious, serious lowball after attempting to explain why the market was what it was, etc, etc. (He was consistently talking down to me). I went next door to the BuyBacks. They were professional and courteous. They also offered twice as much. So, to recap: 1) the gentleman was rude 2) the gentleman tried to "explain" things to me 3) the gentleman used Amazon and a single CD to try to explain the offer 4) the store next door gave me twice as much as he offered. I'll never do business with the location on Crookshank. They intentionally try to rip people off, they're rude, and they honestly don't seem to care if they come off that way. (Note: I think that CD Warehouse is a franchise. Not sure if all Cincinnati locations are owned by the same folks, so I'll make no claims on their quality). more

If you are looking for a great price on a used CD, I recommend you visit my friends at the CD Warehouse. They have a huge selection of used CDs plus many new releases and top sellers not to mention the large variety of imports. But music isn’t all that they sell, they have new and used DVDs and video games. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t forget they will buy your used CDs, DVDs & games as well! The store I frequent is on Kemper, but they have 2 other Cincinnati locations – on Crookshank (347-0032) in Western Hills and on Beechmont (233-3472) more
