Value World is always on the thrift shop day runs. Sometimes, you'll find amazing stuff, and sometimes you won't. Like any thrift store, you have to dig and really look around. The pricing sometimes throws me as well - it can seem out of hand for thrift store merchandise, but only on certain items.
Value World is a world unto itself, that's for sure. Always busy, this huge space rivals Unique Thrift in selection. Rather large housewares section has, on occasion, yielded a fifties kitchenware find for my collection. Other times, it's just jelly jars and the same ugly plates you see at every other thrift store on earth. It makes you start to wonder who bought these things in the first place.
Clothing... man, there is a lot of it. Like I said, you do need to really look. Keep an open mind, because if you go with a particular item that you simply must have, you will never ever find it. But you'll most likely find 100 other things you didn't know you wanted.
